1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThirtyDay ("Service"), operated by Backyard Technologies, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThirtyDay is a 30-day challenge platform. You join a crew of strangers, receive daily SMS check-ins from an AI host, and complete a shared challenge together. The Service communicates with you primarily via SMS text messages.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using ThirtyDay, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from ThirtyDay related to your challenge, crew updates, and check-in prompts.
Message frequency varies (typically 3-10 messages per day during an active challenge).
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. Your Crew

You will be matched with other participants. Your first name is shared with your crew. Your phone number is never shared — all messages are relayed through the ThirtyDay number. You agree to treat your crew members with respect.

6. AI Host

The ThirtyDay host is an AI assistant. It is not a human. It facilitates your challenge, sends daily prompts, and relays crew messages. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Send abusive, harassing, or threatening messages to your crew
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to extract personal information from other crew members
Spam or send unsolicited commercial messages through the Service

8. Payments

Some challenges may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are described at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by replying STOP.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that challenges will produce specific results. ThirtyDay is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backyard Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
